Lower-Ground Floor:
This level comprises two en suite bedrooms and the laundry room.

Ground Floor:
The main area of the house features a fully-equipped kitchen and an open-plan living/dining room with double-height ceilings and a dining table seating up to eight guests. There’s also a comprehensive television room boasting Sky television, games consoles and table tennis, as well as three en suite bedrooms and access to the summer kitchen, pergola and pool-terrace.

Upper Floor:
Featuring a further two bedrooms, including the Master Suite.

Villa Exterior:
Outdoors there’s a swimming pool (19m X 8m), extensive landscape gardens, a tiled terrace and Jacuzzi. The summer kitchen features a barbecue, casual dining area and a pergola with outdoor seating. To the back of the villa there is also a tennis court.

The Chef will prepare a daily breakfast and six lunches or dinners per week. Food is often sought from local markets and prepared in the villa’s deluxe kitchen which is equipped with a central console bar, Westhal gas hob, Gaggenau oven, plancha grill, microwave, coffee machine and double doors leading onto the barbecue pergola.
