The Island Ceremony
Soft soothing music blends with the natural rhythm of the Indian Ocean, the Sunset Jetty is adorned in white decorations; the bride arrives by speedboat and proceeds with the groom along a footpath with delicate flower petals to the venue.
After a short, beautiful ceremony culminating in the exchange of vows, celebratory champagne and canapés, comes the traditional ritual of cutting the wedding cake. The newly married couple linger to enjoy a blissful sunset moment, before enjoying their exclusive wedding dinner with delectably romantic dishes served by a private chef and waiter - another highlight of the evening. A surprise awaits the happy couple back in their villa - a special turndown service that is accompanied by a framed 'wedding certificate'.
The Underwater Ceremony
Amidst the coral wonders of the Maldives, moving with the natural rhythm of the Indian Ocean, descend into the depths of the most amazing wedding venue in the world. The bride and groom depart by traditional dhoni to the secret wedding dive site, the bride in a white dress and the groom 'resplendent' in black trousers and white shirt. The Dive Base Leader is the Master of Ceremony and will guide the couple to the underwater wedding location with a sea full of corals and colorful fish as the witnesses.
After a short, bubble-blowing ceremony culminating in the exchange of vows and rings, they ascend back to the surface and board the diving dhoni where canapés and the celebratory champagne are prepared and the traditional 'cutting the cake' takes place. Following the journey back to the resort, the newly married couple proceeds to their decorated villa to freshen up.
At the venue of the exclusive wedding dinner a romantic menu is prepared by a private chef and served by a butler - another highlight of the evening. A surprise awaits the happy couple back in their villa - a special turndown service that is accompanied by a framed 'wedding certificate'.
