There are nine individual bedrooms; four are on the ground floor, four on the lower floor and one Master Suite which sits alone on the top floor.

Ground Floor: In addition to the four guestrooms, the ground floor has an open-plan living and dining area seating up to twelve guests which leads off the main entrance. From here there is direct access onto a partially covered terrace with swimming pool, gazebo, outdoor table and chairs.

Lower Floor: The lower floor has four bedrooms and another living room, bar, home-theatre, gym, pantry and kitchen. Additional facilities include a pool table, Karaoke equipment and table tennis.
